1. After several months of development, we are very pleased to announce the availability of App Groups. This is a significant new feature that allows you to group applications together with common Resources. For example a staginggroup of pre-production applications which shares a “New” datapath version, while the default productiongroup uses the “Current” datapath version.

Over time we will be adding more common Resources that can be changed as part of an App Group.

Currently you can create 1 App Group for every 10 apps in your account. This means you can use the default production group for the first 10 apps and then add 1 App Group for every additional 10 apps you create.

Those with a licence that enables them to use custom containers will find they have 1 App Group automatically created per container. Please note that these count towards the App Group allowance.
