A few customers experienced an issue with the logic that manages the scaling of the datapath under certain conditions.

We have implemented and tested a fix which will be deployed to the version 11 datapath on Sunday 22nd and the version 12 datapath on Sunday 29th.

The upgrade process is fully automated and due to the multiple redundancies within WAF-as-a-Service regions there will be no downtime during the rollout.

Finally, please note that the legacy North America and West Europe regions remain on the old version 10.1 datapath and are not affected by this announcement. We plan to deprecate them in the future but, we will continue to operate and fully support these regions until such time that we make the formal announcements starting the notice period for their End of Life. In the meantime, if you have no technical reason not to, please continue to migrate your applications too other regions to access the new features we have been releasing for the new datapath versions.
