After the rollout of the new Response Pages component earlier this week, we uncovered an edge case where some customers with an existing Custom Block Page were having issues with the special value macros.

In order to deploy a fix for these customers, datapath configuration from the management layer was temporarily paused while we rolled this out. During this period of time you may have noticed a “Configuration Error” message but this should have cleared once maintenance was completed. If that has not done so, please contact Barracuda Support.

This management change had no impact on the datapath traffic flow and all applications continued to function normally.
